![]() (Yes I really was once 23 years old.) THAT'S how long I've been devoted to Apple. My first Apple computer was the Macintosh Classic back in 1987. I'm 55 years old and relatively tech savvy. I've read several posts on here about this issue, but no solutions for normal people like me. I have spoken to Apple reps on the phone, been to more than one Genius Bar, even spoke to a very senior iTunes expert at Apple who tried to help, but the workaround he suggested to avoid these problems was hugely cumbersome, and one wrong move and all the work would be lost again. Since then with the advent of iCloud Music Library and Apple's whole music match technology, it's all ruined, and every time I make an attempt to re-build, something goes wrong. I loved how well I could manage my music. ![]() ![]() When I first got iTunes (very shortly after it came out) I thought it was a miracle. The iCloud Music Library has ruined years worth of work uploading CD's, buying music from Apple, and creating Playlists.
